- can increase interest in science regardless of prior interest in a topic and result in affective gains such as more positive feelings toward a topic.

We have gone to so many Long Walks earlier and this year. From that experience, we felt that Long Walks are very useful in reinforcing information that we have already learnt in the class room. They help us interact with we have learnt.

Of course, there is always an element of fun and joy in going to different places instead of sitting in the class room.Nobody can deny it.

But seriously, Long Walks provide us an opportunity to work together. Not only that, these trips allow us to touch an manipulate the material about which we have learnt. We remember better through our experiences and this is why Long Walk is something you cannot have a better substitute for.
